Extremely well made, but install caution, dont make my mistake..... The vent covers on this thing are incredibly substantial. Way over built, but its awesome because the have no flex. Feels very high quality. During install I made a mistake (my fault for not reading directions). You should absolutely 100% install the drywall anchors for the screws BEFORE cutting the hole for the pass through, they're super close to the edge of the large hole and if you try to put the anchors in after, they just come out the large hole you've cut into the drywall and make a giant, unusable mess. Other than that mistake, install was ridiculously simple. Cut a hole in the wall, insert, screw in. Done.

   High quality! Blocks light, sound and odors!

   Exceptional ventilation solution! Our bathroom lacked any connection to the house’s ventilation system, apart from the door. To improve air circulation between the bathroom and the attached bedroom, I decided to install two of these vents. I positioned one vent high up and another lower down on the wall, and the difference has been remarkable! Now, the air flows between both rooms helping keep the temperatures steady. Plus, I’m thrilled that the filters effectively block out light, noise, and odors!

   Quality filtered vent

   “Easy to install and fits together extremely well.
   Installed this to equalize pressures between a cooled server room and a return system and it worked incredibly well, stopping the ceiling tiles from popping up every time the door was opened.
   Great quality filter and it was just the right size to land between some cripple studs above the doorway.

   Looks nice and professional, would recommend!”

   ALORAIR Wall Return Air Pathway Kit (14″ x 6″)

   Very well made and the privacy insert works great at keep light and noise to a minimum

   Our house is an old single story with central air with a single central return at the far end of the house so when ever the system is running it created a negative pressure that slams some interior doors shut as it struggles to pull the air back. The only room to room air returns were just simple undercut doors. After adding several of these around the house (matching the size of these return air vents to the size of the supply vents in each room) the pressure has equalized and the system no longer sucks the doors closed. As an added benefit the rooms are now getting equal amount of cool air (at least the temps are now almost equal in every room) where before there was a 5-10 degree difference from one room to another. The AC blower also is now much quieter from not having to strain itself. Overall its a win win and these are highly recommended.
