Good fan, quieter than many, well built
This is a pretty quiet fan for the type. It moves a good amount of air at a good speed, and is relatively easy to install. It’s sort of medium size compared to other units that are comparable, and seems to be a good quality – made durably. No complaints about this fan so far. Unless it’s located directly next to you, it sometimes is so quiet you can almost barely hear it.
needed help installing
once someone who really knew what they were doing came along, everything worked out great. all i can say is it’s a mighty machine that doesn’t sound as mean as it looks. apparently it’s not that hard to install, but unless you’re down for a diy kinda learning curve, just let someone with experience do it and it will take half the time, maybe even a third. this is a powerful fan and it’s important to heed placement for both power and exhaust pipe options. a pretty penny, but you get what you pay for

Quiet
Installed it in my attic for a remote inline bathroom exhaust fan. Works great and can barely hear it running
Great suction
One of our older safety hoods stopped working recently. The exhaust fan has died of old age. This unit acted as a replacement. It was easy to install and the air flow and noise level were both better than before.
